Directions

Preheat over to 450 degrees. STEP 1: Pour the oil into a shallow baking dish and swirl the dish to coat it with oil. Wipe the excess oil with a paper towel. Lay the fillets in the dish side by side about 1/4" apart. STEP 2: In a bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, paprika, all-purpose seasoning, and pepper. Sprinkle an even layer of the crumb mix over the fillets. STEP 3: Squeeze the juice of the lemon over both fillets. STEP 4: Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Raise the oven temperature to broil and broil for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the crumbs start to brown and the fish flakes easily.
