Quick Barbecued Beef Sandwiches

Ingredients

1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

1 medium Onion chopped

1 3/4 pounds Condensed tomato soup

1/4 cup Water

2 tablespoon Brown sugar packed

2 tablespoon Vinegar

1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

1 1/2 pounds Roast beef cooked, thinly sliced

12 each Hamburger rolls


Directions

Heat oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Cook onion 4-5 minutes, or until tender. Add soup and next 4 ingredients. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cook 5 minutes. Add beef and heat through. Divide meat mixture among 12 roll halves. Top with remaining roll halves.

We had leftover steak and decided to give this a try. Everyone loved it! Although I used 1 can of tomato soup instead of the 1 3/4 pounds of tomato soup called for as I assumed it was a typo - regardless it turned out great!
