Quick n Easy Mushroom And Bacon Pasta

Ingredients

150 g Button mushrooms; quartered

1 tb Butter

Black Pepper freshly ground

2 Bacon rashers; chopped

3/4 c milk

1 pk MAGGI Sour Cream & Chives

3/4 c Water


Directions

Heat the butter in a saucepan. Add the bacon and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the mushrooms and cook, stirring, for a further 2-3 minutes. Add the milk, water and Pasta n More mix. Bring to the boil, stirring, then simmer over a low heat for 4 minutes. Stir occasionally. Season with black pepper and serve immediately.
