Directions

The night before you want it, cook the quinoa by following the instructions on the package. The next morning, put the quinoa, milk, almond butte, and maple syrup in a small saucepan. Reheat on medium-low, stirring, so the quinoa won't stick. When the mixture is warm, scoop into a bowl and add cinnamon and nuts.
