1/4 tsp cayenne pepper or more to taste

2-3 vine-ripened tomatoes

optional: a couple Tbs of salsa

1 can or 1.5 cups cooked black beans

1/3 large chopped yellow onion

1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped

black pepper and salt to taste
