Ingredients

6 cups cooked

1/2 cup diced

1/2 cup diced

1/2 cup diced

1/4 cup diced

1/4 cup diced

1/4 cup

2 cloves crushed

1 cup sliced

1/4 tsp

to taste


Directions

Saute vegetables in butter or oil until crisp. Stir in oregano. Add sauteed vegetables to cooked quinoa, mix well. Add salt to taste. Add almonds.
