Preheat oven to 180c. Grease and flour 2 cake tins. Beat the egg whites until frothy. Add the sponge mix, water and oil, continue beating for 2 minutes. Divide the cake batter into 6 separate bowls. Use a stick to a dab of food colouring then add into one bowl of batter and stir. Repeat with the remaining colours. Scoop spoonfuls of batter into the tin, alternating the colours. Use a stick to lightly make a marbled effect. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes. Cool in the tins and then on a wire rack. Decorate.
