Ramen Noodle Mix

Ingredients

3 1/2 cups Vegetable Broth

2 teaspoons Reduced-sodium soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon Chili oil (if you want it spicy)

1/2 teaspoon Fresh ginger minced

2 Green onions sliced

1 teaspoon Fish Sauce

3.5 ounces Noodles (Ramen or anyother type of choice)

Dumplings (pork, chicken or beef)


Directions

1.) Boil vegetable broth. 2.) Add to broth the Soy Sauce, Fresh Ginger, Fish Sauce and Chili Oil. Also add Noodles without breaking them. 3.) When noodles become soft pour into bowl and then add sliced green onions. 4.) If adding dumplings, boil water separately and cook dumplings. When noodle soup mix is ready and dumplings and serve.
