Suggest a better description1.) Boil vegetable broth.
2.) Add to broth the Soy Sauce, Fresh Ginger, Fish Sauce and Chili Oil. Also add Noodles without breaking them.
3.) When noodles become soft pour into bowl and then add sliced green onions.
4.) If adding dumplings, boil water separately and cook dumplings. When noodle soup mix is ready and dumplings and serve.
