Raspberry gelatin salad

Ingredients

2 (3oz) packages raspberry jello

2 c boiling water

2 (10oz) pkgs frozen raspberries

1 1/2 cup crushed pretzels

1/2 cup butter melted

2 T sugar

8 oz cool whip

1 cup sugar

1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese


Directions

-dissolve jello in boiling water -add berries with juice to jello, pour into glass pan -refrigerate until set -mix pretzels , melted butter and 2T sugar -spread onto pan and bake at 350 for 10 min -stir loose from the pan with fork and let cool -after jello is set, blend together cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and cool whip -spread cream cheese mixture over jello -sprinkle pretzels over cream cheese and pack down slightly -refrigeratate until ready to serve
