Wash crawfish thoroughly, don't purge will kill crawfish

6 gallons Water

4.5 Lbs Zatarains Crab Boil

1 Cup Celery Powder

6 sticks Butter

1 Bags Lemons Cut in half

5 whole Garlic Cut in half

5 Large Onions Cut in half

1 Bag Potatoes Cut in half

Directions

Stir Bring to boil and add crawfish Return to a boil then shut down and soak Add frozen corn Add sausage 40 min soak Cook chicken last by itself Steam oysters for 3 min after boil. Very good Sign of overlooking: breaking apart, meat is rubbery. Start to sink, close to being down
