Red Velvet Pudding Cookies

Soft and sweet, Red Velvet goodness in a really easy cookie recipe. Be careful though, they are so good and moist and gooey and wonderful, once you start eating them, its hard to stop.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup Butter (softened)

1 cup Splenda (or sugar)

1 cup Brown sugar (packed)

2 teaspoon Vanilla

2 tablespoon Red food coloring

1/2 teaspoon Salt

2 teaspoon Baking soda

7 ounce Chocolate fudge instant pudding mix (2 packages)

4 egg

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

4 1/2 cup Flour

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

1 1/2 cup White chocolate chips optional


Directions

- Preheat oven to 350 F. - Cream butter, Splenda and sugar together. - Add vanilla, red food coloring, salt and baking soda mix until well combined. - Add in eggs and pudding mix (dry, unmade) and beat until well blended. - Add flour slowly until well incorporated. - Optional - stir in white chocolate chips. - Roll into 1inch balls and place on greased baking sheet. - Bake at 350 F Medium Sm scoop 5-7 minutes. Medium Lg scoop 8-10 minutes.
