Refried Beans without the Refry

Ingredients

1 peeled and halved

3 cups rinsed

1 seeded & chopped

2 tablespoon

3 1/2 teaspoon

1/8 teaspoon

9 cups


Directions

Place all ingredients in slow cooker. Mix. Cover & cook on high for 8 hours. Strain beans, reserving liquid. Mash beans, adding reserved liquid as needed.
