Ingredients

1 1/4 C Mayonnaise

1/4 C Mustard (creole, whole grain, dijon, or yellow)

2 T Cajun/Creole seasoning

1 T Paprika (sweet or smoked)

1 T Hot sauce

2 t Horseradish

2 t Pickle juice (dill or sweet)

1 t Garlic minced


Directions

Blend ingredients, refrigerate for at least an hour; overnight preferred. Makes 1 and 1/2 C.
