Rhubarb Cake

Ingredients

1 3/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup butter

1 egg beaten

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup sour cream

1 pinch salt

1 tsp baking soda

2 cups rhubarb diced

2 cups flour


Directions

Cream sugar, butter. Add eggs, vanilla and salt. Mix baking soda with sour cream. Add flour and rhubarb. Mix all together. Put in greased bundt pan. Top with 1/2 cup rhubarb, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon. Bake 350 for 40-50 min.
