Cream sugar, butter. Add eggs, vanilla and salt. Mix baking soda with sour cream. Add flour and rhubarb. Mix all together.
Put in greased bundt pan. Top with 1/2 cup rhubarb, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon.
Bake 350 for 40-50 min.
