Rhubarb Cake

Ingredients

2 Cups

1/2 Cup

1 1/2 teaspoon

1/2 teaspoon

2 Tablespoons or 4T cooking oil

2 each beaten

2/3 cup

4 cups cut in pieces

4 each beaten

2 cups

8 tablespoon sweet or sour


Directions

Mix first 5 ingredients like pie crust, then add 2 beaten eggs and 2/3 cups milk. place dough in greased 9 x 13 pan. Place rhubarb pieces on top of crust and sprinkle with cinnamon. Mix last 3 ingredients together and pour over rhubarb. Bake at 350F until rhubarb is tender. Sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with butter for a crisp top.
