Rhubarb Crisp

Ingredients

6 cups rhubarb cut into 1/2 inches

3/4 cup Granulated sugar

1/4 cup All purpose flour

1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

1 cup All purpose flour

3/4 cup Brown sugar

3/4 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup butter melted


Directions

Heat oven to 350. Grease a 8" square pan. Toss rhubarb, sugar, 1/4 cup of flour and cinnamon together. Put into prepared pan. Mix flour, brown sugar, rolled oats. Spread on top of rhubarb mix. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake for 30 min, longer if rhubarb was frozen. Good topped with ice cream.
