Ingredients

1 teaspoon salt

4 cutlets Veal (thin)

1/2 teaspoon Paprika

1 cup Bread crumbs

1 tablespoon Parsley

1/2 cup Egg Beaters

4 lemon slices


Directions

Combine Salt & Paprika - sprinkle over cutlets. Pound cutlets to flatten Combine Bread Crumbs & parsley Dip Cutlets in Egg Beaters. Coat with Bread Crumbs Place on wire rack for 15 minutes Fry on high heat in Corn Oil (1/4 in depth) - 3-4 each side or until done. Dry on paper towels Garnish with Lemon Slices
