Combine Bread Crumbs & parsley
Dip Cutlets in Egg Beaters. Coat with Bread Crumbs
Place on wire rack for 15 minutes
Fry on high heat in Corn Oil (1/4 in depth) - 3-4 each side or until done. Dry on paper towels
Garnish with Lemon Slices
