Preheat oven to 350F.
Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package, using 1 2/3 cups water and 1/4 cup butter.
Place 1/2 cup stuffing mixture on each slice of beef. Roll up, enclosing stuffing. Place beef rolls, seam side down, in ungreased 8-inch square baking dish.
Pour gravy evenly over beef rolls. Cover with aluminum foil and place in oven. Cook for 20 minutes or until heated through.
Can substitute deli turkey and turkey gravy, ham and pork gravy, or chicken and chicken gravy.
