Roast Beef Sandwiches

Ingredients

Directions

Trim beef and cut into tennis ball sizes. Brown in oil, salt and peppering. Add liquids and whole garlic cloves. Heat to just bubbling. Bake covered at 350 degrees approximately 2 1/2 hours. Remove cover and continue to cook in oven until liquid is reduced to half. Let rest 30 minutes. Remove garlic cloves. Shred.
