Roasted Brussels sprouts with pecans

Ingredients

2 pounds Brussels sprouts Halved

1 cup Pecans Roughly chopped

2 tablespoons Olive oil

2 cloves Garlic Finely chopped

Kosher Salt

Black pepper


Directions

Heat oven to 400. On large rimmed baking sheet toss sprouts, pecans, oil, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp pepper. Turn sprouts cut side down. Roast until golden and tender, 20-25 minutes.
