Ingredients

3/4 cup chicken diced precooked

2 tablespoons onion diced

2 tablespoons feta cheese crumbles

1 handful romaine lettuce chopped

1 large whole wheat tortilla

1 cup salsa for dipping


Directions

Arrange the chicken, onion, cheese and lettuce down the center of the tortilla. Roll tight, then cut in half. Place the rolls on a nonstick skillet and grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side. Serve with salsa.
