Sally Jessy Raphaels Stuffed French Toast

Ingredients

8 lg Eggs

1/3 c Honey

1 1/3 c milk

1 Loaf bread cubed

8 oz Cream cheese softened


Directions

Mix eggs, honey and milk; set aside. In a 9x13" greased pan, evenly layer 1/2 of the bread cubes, then cheese, and top with the rest of the bread cubes. Pour egg mixture over bread, cover, and leave in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes. Serve with syrup. Posted to recipelu-digest by "Crane C.
