Salt & Vinegar Chicken Wings

Ingredients

3 pounds Chicken WIngs split, tips removed

MARINADE:

1/4 cup Olive Oil

1/4 cup Malt Vinegar

SPICE MIXTURE:

2 teaspoons Onion Powder

2 teaspoons Garlic Powder

2 teaspoons Sea Salt

1 teaspoon Black Pepper

DRIZZLE:

1/4 cup Malt Vinegar for drizzling


Directions

1) Combine the marinade ingredients in a bowl. 2) Marinate the chicken wings in the marinade for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. 3) Place the wings on two Air Flow Racks and discard the marinade. Place the Racks on the lower and middle shelves of the Power Air Fryer oven. 4) Press the Power Button and then the Chicken Button (370 degrees for 40 minutes). Rotate the Racks halfway through the cooking time (20 minutes). 5) Combine the spice mixture ingredients in a bowl and set the bowl aside. 6) When the wings are fully cooked, toss the wings with the spice mixture and drizzle the rest of the vinegar on the wings.
