Place caramel sauce and pretzels on separate plates.
Dip and turn rims of glasses into caramel sauce until coated. Dip into pretzels crumbs.
Place ice in a martini shaker. Add Godiva Liqueur, Crème de Cocoa, Caramel Vodka and Milk.
Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
Strain Martini into prepared glasses.
Add shaved milk chocolate curls. Use a vegetable peeler and shave the chocolate bar across the long edge of the candy bar.
Dip the caramels into the Sea Salt. Place 2 caramels on a cocktail pick and place in the martini.
