1. Place butter and sugar in saucepan and bring to simmer over medium heat on stove
2. cook for 20 mins until sugar has dissolved. Stir in cream and salt
3. Remove sauce from heat allow to cool until thickened slightly
4. Place marshmallows on skewers and toast them lightly over fire. Dip marshmallows into caramel for a decadently gooey treat.
