Ingredients

20 grams butter (1 tbsp)

1 shallot

500 milliliters dry white wine (2 cups)

1 cup mustard grains (1 tbsp)

80 milliliters heavy whipping cream (1/3 cup)

salt and pepper


Directions

Put shallot in butter and add wine. Add mustard and reduce. Add cream last. Serve with any meat and frencg fries.
