Directions

Bring to simmer then turn to low heat and let simmer for a few hours. After it has been cooking for about an hour, if it isn't thick enough for you, add 2 more tablespoons. If too thick, you can add more wine. Remove bay leaf before serving. Option for grated parmesan. :D
