Beef and Noodle dish

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs Round Steak cut in to 1" cubes

1 TBSP Oil

2 Envelopes Brown Gravy Mix

4 Cups Water

2 TBSP Onion Dried, Minced

4 TBSP Sauterne

1/4 Cup Brown sugar

1 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1 tsp ginger

2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce

2 Bay leaves

1 package Egg Noodles


Directions

In a large pot, brown the meat in the oil. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Prepare the egg noodles per the directions on the package. Drain and combine with the meat and gravey.
