Directions

Toss chicken (steak) in salt pepper and flour and add to gallon size freezer bags in a medium bowl mix together the rest of the ingredients add to that the clothes in place in freezer when ready to use song in fridge overnight cook on low for 8 hours 5 to 4 hours on high
