Heat oil over medium heat in a deep skillet.
Cook the onions until they are slightly translucent, and then add the beef, stirring to break it up, cooking about 5 minutes until beef is no longer red.
Then add the garlic, salt, and a few grinds of pepper.
Add the Orange Puree, White Bean Puree, tomato paste, pureed tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese. Reduce heat to low and simmer at least 30 minutes.
Serve with any shape pasta, added to the pot of sauce and tossed to coat every piece well. freeze and use within three months.
