Sea Bass with Oriental Sauce

Ingredients

1 tablespoon Peanut oil

2 6-8 ounces sea bass fillets

2 teaspoons Fresh ginger minced and peeled

2 cloves Garlic pressed

2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce

2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped


Directions

Heat oil in heavy, large non stick skillet over a high heat. Add fish and cook until cooked through, turning once. (about 4 minutes per side) Transfer to plates with a slotted spatula. Add ginger and garlic to the same skillet and saute over high heat for 30 seconds. Remove from heat. Add soy and vinegar and stir and combine. Mix in Cilantro. Spoon over fish.
