Sea Scallops with Tangy Honey Glaze

Ingredients

2 pounds Sea scallops

1/4 teaspoon Salt

1/4 teaspoon Pepper

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons Margarine

2 tablespoons Honey

2 tablespoons Lemon juice

1 whole Shallot chopped

1 clove Garlic minced


Directions

1. Sprinkle scallops with salt and pepper. Brush with olive oil. Thread onto 6 skewers. 2. Grill, covered with grill lid, on lightly greased rack over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until opaque in center. 3. Combine margarine, honey, lemon juice, shallot, and garlic in small saucepan over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve with scallops.
