0.5 cup White Mushrooms Sliced

3 tablespoons Sweet Green Peas

1 tablespoon Dried Tyme

1 teaspoon Parlsey

1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper to taste

1

5 large Russet Potatoes (Peed and quartered)

3 tablespoons Kosher Salt

3 tablespoons Salted Butter

2 tablespoons Sour Cream

1 splash Milk

Directions

Heat EVOO in a Large Pan on Med/Low heat. Add Onion and cook until translucent. Add Garlic and carrots. Cook for 2-3 Minutes. Add Mushrooms, Tyme, Salt, Pepper, and Parsley. Combine well and cook 2-3 Minutes. Add Lamb and Ground Beef combine well and saute until browned. Add broth, Peas, Tomatoes, Flour, and Green Onion. Combine well and simmer for 2 minutes. In a large pot boil potatoes with Kosher salt until fork tender. Strain. Place back in pot and add Milk, Butter, and Sour Cream. Mash Well. In a deep oven safe dish add meat and veggies combination. Layer on top the mashed potatoes. Make sure to push the mashed potatoes to the corners to avoid fluid from coming up from the meat. In a preheated 400 Degree Oven place the dish in the middle shelf and bake for 25-30 minutes or until Potatoes are slightly browned. Let cool before serving.

This is a delicious recipe! I used all lamb and added a little more of all the vegetables, and a dash of nutmeg. I will definitely make this again!

Made this again today and again just have to say I love this recipe. I substitute cream cheese in mashed potatoes and a little seasoned salt. YUMMY!!!

This is awesome! My husband is Irish/Scottish and he said this was authentic! Whole family loved it!

Delicious. The only problem was that 5 potatoes didn't yield enough to cover the meat. I wish I had used 7 or so. Added some cheddar cheese for the last 5 minutes of backing as the final touch.

This was delicious! I modified it because I didn't have all the ingredients. I didn't use lamb, and added a can of corn. For the potatoes, I used the box kind to speed up the process. My husband loved it!
