Sherry Dressing

Ingredients

4-6 tablespoons Olive oil

3 cloves Garlic

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1 small Lemon

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon Tamari soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes

3 tablespoon sherry vinegar


Directions

In a small bowl whisk 2 tablespoons of olive oil with garlic, lemon, salt, dijon mustard, red pepper and tamari. Add vinegar and mix thoroughly. Taste and add small amounts of olive oil until desired strength is reached, more olive oil = more mild taste. This can also be done in a food processor or a blender for a thicker consistency (and no chopping gar- lic!). Store in jar in refrigerator.
