Put corn starch, icing sugar, flour in a bowl and stir
Blend in the butter with a pastry mixer or hands until smooth dough forms
Roll out dough on a floured surface to a little less than 1/4 inch thickness
Cut out shapes and place on ungreased cookie sheet
Bake in 300 oven for 20 - 25 minutes until edges are extremely lightly browned
If dough is too soft to handle chill an hour
