Shrimp and Krab Enchiladas

Ingredients

1 4oz can Diced green chilis

1 cup Mexican Blen Shredded Cheese

1 8 oz Imitation crab chopped

2 10 oz can Green enchilada sauce

1 lb Cooked Shrimp chopped

2 cups Shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1 8 oz Cream cheese Softened

12 12 inch Flour tortillas


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 Spray 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray Mix together cream cheese, chilis, chopped shrimp and crab and mexican blend cheese. Spread equal amounts of shrimp crab mixture onto each of the 12 tortillas and roll up burrito style. Place rolled tortillas into baking dish, seam side down Top with Enchilada sauce and Monterey Jack cheese Cover and Bake for 30 minutes Remove cover and continue baking for 15 minutes (I add some more cheese on top here, but the recipe doesn't call for that) Top with sour cream and green onions and serve (optional)
