Ingredients

1 pound Shelled & Deveined

1 tablespoon

1 each Romaine

2 each sliced

1 tablespoon Directions Below

1/2 teaspoon

1/2 cup

1 tablespoon

1 teaspoon

1 teaspoon Minced

1/2 teaspoon

2 tablespoon Ponzu Lim Soy Sauce If not available, use 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce & 1 Tbsp Lime Juice


Directions

Remoulade Sauce: Combine Mayo, Relish, Minced Garlic, Cayenne & Ponzu Lime sauce. Chill for 30 minutes. Creole: Combine Paprika, Salt, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Black pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Oregano, Thyme. (Use only 1 Tablespoon for Recipe) Place peeled shrimp in a bag with 1 Tbsp oil. Add 1 Tbsp of Creole Seasoning, mix to coat. Heat pan over medium high heat. Add 1 Tbsp butter. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink. Layer shrimp onto sandwich, top with remoulade, lettuce, & tomato.

Made for dinner tonight. Changed recipe a little. Added 3/4 cup flour to 2 tblsp. of creole seasoning. Dipped shrimp in egg and into flour to fry for 2 minutes. Also added hot sauce to remoulade.
