Shrimp Salad Croissants

Ingredients

1/2 c Green Onions Sliced

Mayonnaise or salad dressing

1 c Finely chopped celery

2 Hard cooked eggs; finely

Lettuce

3 c Cooked; chopped shrimp

8 lg Croissants


Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients. Toss with an appropriate amount of mayonnaise or salad dressing, to taste. Chill. Serve on split croissants with lettuce. Yield: 8 servings.
