Shrimp Salad

Ingredients

1 head red leaf lettuce

5-6 Green onions chopped

1 package ramen

4 tablespoons Butter

2 tablespoons Sesame seeds

1/3 cup Sliced almonds

1/2 pound tiny cooked shrimp

1/4 cup Vegetable oil

1/4 cup Red wine vinegar

2 tablespoons Sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper


Directions

Place lettuce and onion in a bowl. In a separate bowl combine oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper for dressing. Break up ramen noodles and saute in butter. Add sesame seeds & almonds, and saute until seeds and almonds are toasted, stirring constantly. Add noodle mixture and shrimp to salad bowl and toss with dressing. Serve immediately.
