In a separate bowl combine oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper for dressing.
Break up ramen noodles and saute in butter. Add sesame seeds & almonds, and saute until seeds and almonds are toasted, stirring constantly. Add noodle mixture and shrimp to salad bowl and toss with dressing. Serve immediately.
