Sichuan Dan Dan Noodles (No Meat)

Ingredients

100 grams Dried wheat noodles

1/2 Tsp Sichuan Peppercorns

3 Tbsp Soy Sauce

1.5 Tbsp Red Chili Oil

1/2 Tbsp Dark Chinese Vinegar

2 Tsp Sugar

1 Tsp Sesame paste

1/4 Tsp MSG

1 Spring Onion sliced


Directions

1. Toast Sichuan Peppercorns, then grind to fine powder. 2. Mix all sauce ingredients together and set aside. 3. Cook Noodles according to packet instructions. 4. Put sauce in serving bowl (optionally add a bit of the noodle cooking water), add noodles and top with spring onion.
