Ingredients

Rice Vermicelli

2 eggs

1 Red pepper sliced in strips

1 Yellow pepper sliced in strips

1 large carrot julienned

2 - 3 spring onions cut in 3 inch sections

1 onion sliced

20 king prawns

spicey sauce

1 tablespoon Sesame Oil

1 tablespoon light soy sauce

1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce

1 tablespoon chinese cooking wine

1 boullon cube

1 tablespoon Curry powder

1 tablespoon chilli flakes

for the chicken

4 - 5 chicken thighs sliced in strips

Ground black pepper

Salt

1 teaspoon chilli powder

1 teaspoon Garlic powder

1 bouillon cube chicken

1 teaspoon onion powder


Directions

1. heat oil on medium heat. 2. Beat eggs and cook scrambled. Remove. 3. Fry marinated chicken for 8 minutes. Remove. 4. Fry garlic paste for 3 minutes. 5. Add prawns, salt and pepper. Fry 3 Minutes. Remove. 6. Add oil. Fry onion slices. Add carrot, bell peppers, Fry 3 minutes. 7 Add vermicelli. Mix well, 8. Add cooked chicken, prawns and egg. Stir fry 2 minutes and serve.
