Skillet Beer Cheese

Ingredients

3 cups cheddar shredded

1 8-oz. cream cheese softened

2 cloves garlic minced

1 tbsp chives freshly chopped

1 cup lager beer

kosher salt

pinch cayenne pepper

sliced baguette

Directions

In a cast-iron skillet, combine cheddar, cream cheese, garlic, chives, and beer and season with salt and cayenne. Cover with foil and place over hot coals until melty. Serve with bread.
