Ingredients

1 TBSP EVOO

1 pound Shrimp

4 Garlic cloves

1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes

1/4 cup White wine

3 TBSP Lemon Juice

1 TBSP Fresh parsley

1 whole Spaghetti Squash


Directions

Heat EVOO on medium Cook Shrimp 4 minutes or until cooked through Stir in garlic, red pepper flakes, wine, S+Pand cook 2 minutes Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and parsley
