1. In a small bowl, stir together all of the ingredients except the ribs.
2. Place the ribs in a slow cooker and pour 1 cup of sauce over the top, reserving the rest for later. Cook on HIGH for 6 hours or LOW for 9 hours, or until tender.
3. Remove ribs from slow cooker and brush with reserved sauce.
