2 15 oz. cans white Northern Beans drained and rinsed

2 cups chicken broth (Or 2 Tbsp chicken bouillon with 2 c

1 c. half-and-half

2 c. shredded Monterrey Jack cheese

1 1/2 c. chopped roasted green chili (Can substitute 1 c

1 can yellow corn (Can substitute 1 bag frozen sweet cor

1 c. sour cream

1 small sweet onion chopped

3 cloves garlic minced

1 Tbsp. ground cumin

1 tsp. chili powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: tortillas cheese, black olives, and sour cream for garnish.
