Smoked Mullet Spread

Ingredients

1 1/2 pound Smoked mullet (or any smoked fish, s/a salmon or trout.)

2 teaspoons Onions minced

1 teaspoon Garlic minced

2 tablespoons Sweet pickle minced

2 tablespoons Fresh flat-leafed parsley minced

1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice

dash Worcestershire sauce

dash Tabasco sauce

1/2 cup Cream cheese whipped

1/2 cup Mayonnaise


Directions

Remove skin and bones from fish, flaking the meat into a bowl. Add all but cream cheese and mayo and toss to combine. Fold in cheese and mayo until just incorporated. Chill at least 1 hour. Serve with crackers, toasts, pita crisps, etc.
